INGREDIENTS

45ml Seven Seasons Bush Honey & Wattleseed Coffee Liqueur
30ml Seven Seasons Native Yam Vodka
25ml espresso
5ml sugar syrup (equal parts hot water and sugar)

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and enjoy.

  • Seven Seasons Spirits Bush Honey & Wattleseed Coffee Liqueur; Floral and sweet Larrakia bush honey is complemented with native wattle seeds, infusing this coffee liqueur with a mild hazelnut flavour.
