Our centres in Victoria are currently closed in line with Stage 4 restrictions
For all other States our centres are open and our Miele team are available to assist you in-store or via the phone
Your local Miele Experience Centre is open with consultants available to assist you in a host of ways:
- Drop in any time Monday through Saturday 9am – 5pm
- Book a personal consultation appointment at a time of your choosing
- Arrange an appointment for a consultation over the phone by calling 1300 464 353.
Private Appointments can be booked via phone call on 1300 464 353 to minimise wait times and client overlaps. If you prefer, you can conduct your appliance consultation with your preferred local Miele Sales Consultant over the phone and share documents electronically.
For Victorian customers please note that our Miele Experience Centres in Knoxfield and South Melbourne are currently closed inline with the Government Stage 4 restrictions. Our consultants will be available from Monday 10th August for phone consultations or via email (please use form below and our team will be in contact as soon as possible).
From Monday 10th August our Knoxfield and South Melbourne centres will be offering ‘Call and Collect.’ With ‘Call and Collect’ you can place and pay for an order over the phone for Care Collection and Benchtop/Vacs appliances. When you arrive at the centre, call the centre to notify the a team member you have arrived and a team member will carry the items to your car.

Should you wish to visit a Miele Experience Centre, please be reassured we are currently implementing the highest level of hygiene. The centre has been thoroughly and regularly cleaned, there will be a station available for you to wash your hands and staff will engage with you at a respectful distance. Any staff members who have recently travelled from overseas are also required to remain isolated for the recommended period of time before returning to work.
Should you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache or shortness of breath or if you have recently returned from overseas, we ask that you refrain from visiting our Miele Experience Centre in order to ensure the safety of all customers and our team.
