INGREDIENTS

40ml Seven Seasons Green Ant Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth
Orange Peel

METHOD

  1. Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over block ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel.

Hints and tips

  • Seven Seasons Spirits Green Ant Gin; Using a secret traditional method, worker ants are very carefully removed from the nest and are added to this gin before and after distillation to give a citrusy pop of flavour.
