




INGREDIENTS
¼ cup of Verjuice
¼ cup of lychee syrup
¼ cup of vodka
1 cup of ice
4 lychees
2 sprigs of mint
METHOD
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Verjuice, lychee syrup, vodka and ice.
- Shake to combine and pour through a strainer into 2 chilled martini glasses.
- Add lychees and a sprig of fresh mint to each glass to serve.
