INGREDIENTS
60ml Seven Seasons Bush Apple Gin
30ml lemon juice
15ml egg white
15ml sugar syrup (equal parts hot water and sugar)
To serve
Lemon peel
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Add ice, shake again and strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
