INGREDIENTS
4 sprigs lemon thyme bruised
8 fresh blackberries
2 cups Sparkling Ruby Cabernet
1 cup crushed ice
METHOD
- Muddle blackberries and lemon thyme, then divide between two glasses.
- Fill glasses with crushed ice.
- Top each glass with Sparkling Ruby Cabernet.
